Depending on whom you ask, an investor’s “value-add” to their startup ranges from “they helped with many things” to “their usefulness was less than zero”.

Thinking back to my time as a founder I realized what my investors most helped me with.

Hint:
It’s not their money.
It’s not their strategic insights.
It’s not even their introductions.
