Here is something you don’t often see at airports.
Great customer service when you land.
Kingfisher Airlines actually has their ground staff line up luggage carts for use when the passengers arrive to collect their luggage.
1) WOW. So no more running and trying to grab the carts (or wait if there are too few of them)
2) They are lines with enough space so it’s not a pain in the neck to grab your bag and then put it on the cart.
