Reliance India Call: quality problems

16 November 2006 at 10:44 am | Techy, Nuisance

I’ve been using Reliance’s “India Call” calling cards to call my family back home for a few months now. They started out with excellent prices, quick connectivity and very clear voice calls.

However, over the last few weeks, their call quality has been dropping consistently. I haven’t tested this using any scientific methods or tools. But for a consumer, the fact that the call quality has degraded enough to hear background noise is a huge factor.

I’ve switched over to the WQN cards I used to use earlier and their call quality seems to be just as good still!

Whats up Reliance?

    HAHA
    How about some acknowledgement here?

nothing big. Just a little bit of modest appreciation: “WQN, as discovered by SURABHI AND used by her for the past SIX years is the greatest calling card cause it was selected and recommended by her great mind.”

    yes thank you thank you-
