Crossbar latches: HP’s solution to transistor limits?
2 February 2005 at 10:58 am | TechyHP scientists are talking about Crossbar latches that they believe will eventually condense computing power beyond what transistors today do. So either smaller chips with more power, or smaller chips with better electricity consumption!
