Cult of the Indian Startup Owners

I was having an interesting conversation with my friend Aish today about Indian owned software startups. He works in an industry that oversees this market, and he noticed that not only do a very huge percentage of Software & Software services startups have Indians as engineers and programmers but also as owners and senior management.

Sure. We all know this. But he pointed out was that, increasingly, these peers were moving away from open hostility to friendly collaboration.

This is a great thing. Maybe the best of things.

Finally there is this consensus that working together towards a common goal is best for the country and their businesses. After all, isn’t this what the jewish, the gujratis in the diamond trade and various other geographically & culturally related communities have done for years?!!
