As many frequent readers of this blog will know, I have never had major cell phone related issues (coverage or billing or otherwise) thanks to the excellent customer service provided by T-Mobile.

And today I read J.D.Power’s wireless customer care rankings on Engadget.

Though, what I find funny is that Verizon comes a close second … for a company that does not offer 24×7 coverage, yes, you read it right … Verizon wireless customer care shuts down at night and on weekends … how the hell do they come up second?

Even if they do a wonderful job for the few hours they are open each day, it still shows their lack of service with having to squeeze customer problem solving only within a few hours!!!

Anyways, T-Mobile rocks and it’s been proven for the 2nd time in a row!!!! Way to go guys!!!
