Wi-fi now a required feature to “wait”

Like people have issues staying in hotels without hot water.
Like how I have issues staying in hotels without free breakfast.
Like how I have issues staying in hospitals at all.

It comforting to know that others (ok, scoble) have issues ever having to go to a hospital without WiFi.

In fact, I have once even refused to transit through a certain airport just because of a lack of WiFi (free or otherwise).
In fact, WiFi justified my paying BA and Virgin the additional to go through Heathrow!

Businesses in the business of keeping people waiting in line for hours should understand this by now.
People will put up with waiting, as long as there are additional facilities in tune with the current generation/technology.
