Google BUG: search for vinit-bhansali

6 April 2005 at 2:07 pm | Techy, Nuisance

Goto google groups (http://groups.google.com) and search for any two words, with a hyphen (dash or minus or -) joining them.

A good example is this … http://groups-beta.google.com/groups?q=vinit-bhansali

The results show up, but also a helpful looking correction …

Did you mean: vinit-bhansali vinit bhansali

shows up at the head of the results.

Click on this Google correction … and you now see another correction …

Did you mean: vinit-bhansali vinit bhansali vinit bhansali

This goes on and on … for about 7 times.

Funnily, words like on-line and e-mail don’t have this recursive problem.

Looks like this is fixed now. Atleast with the few examples I tried!!!
